A staff member’s profile holds their personal details and the information customers see when they book with them. Open a staff member from Settings → Operations → Staff, then use the menu on their page to move between the sections below.
At the top of every staff member’s page you can upload a profile photo and switch them between Active and inactive. Inactive staff can’t be booked and don’t appear on your booking page.
Basic info
The staff member’s personal and contact details.

Profile

Credentials
Professional qualifications and licences. Add as many as you need. For each one you can record the name, the issuing body, a credential or licence number, issue and expiry dates, and a link customers can use to check it.
Links to the staff member’s social profiles. For each link, choose the platform (such as Instagram or Facebook), paste the web address, and add an optional label such as their handle.
