New features

Build your own website pages. You can now design the pages on your website yourself, without a developer. Go to Settings → Website & CMS. Drag in blocks for headings, text, images, buttons, price lists, and more, then set colours, backgrounds, and spacing from a style panel. Every block offers the same six background choices — Page, Primary, or Secondary, each in light or dark — so a page stays consistent with your branding.Pages save as a draft first. Preview a draft, then publish when you’re happy with it, and roll back to an earlier version if you need to. Your site header, footer, and menus are edited the same way and apply across every page.Collect enquiries with forms. Build a form, embed it on any page, and see submissions in the admin portal. Form setup and submissions are now separate screens, so someone answering enquiries doesn’t have to work in the form builder. You can send an automatic reply when someone submits.Take payment against an external invoice. A new payment option for money settled outside the platform — a purchase order, an invoice from your accounting system, an offline transfer. Record a PO number, an invoice number, and notes. Tick Record a payment now to mark the order paid, enter a smaller amount for a part payment, or leave it unticked to raise it as an invoice you chase later. See Taking payment.A media library for your images. Upload an image once and reuse it. The picker now appears wherever you set an image — your logo, favicon, staff photos, and the images on services and packages. Staff profiles gained a photo gallery with a cover image.New staff set their own password. Someone signing in for the first time is asked to choose a password as part of signing in, rather than being sent to a separate page. See Log in.

Improvements

  • The What’s included and Common questions editors now have an add button at the bottom of the list, so you don’t scroll back to the top to add another item.
  • Four new icons for What’s included points: car, road, route, and traffic cone.
  • Emails now show your logo from your own web address, so it displays correctly for customers on a custom domain.
  • Favicons can be uploaded as .ico files.

Fixes

  • Signing in with Google now works for businesses on a custom domain.
  • On your website, the pickup address and the Continue button in the cart are now one step instead of two.
  • Your logo no longer stretches to full size in the website header and footer.

New features

Cancellations and reschedules keep a record. Cancelling a booking or moving it now asks for a reason, and stores who did it and when. Open any booking to see its full reschedule history — every move, with the old time, the new time, whether the provider changed, and the reason given. See Reschedule and edit and Cancel, no-show, and complete.Edit a service without opening it. The service list now lets you change common settings inline, so you don’t have to open a service to make a small change.

Improvements

  • Your customer website now runs on the new page system, so header, footer, menus, and page content all come from one place.
  • Vouchers in a customer’s record are grouped by state, so used, active, and expired vouchers are easier to tell apart.
  • Booking emails now use the location’s timezone rather than your business default, so times read correctly for customers at a branch in another state.
  • Security hardening across the platform, covering access checks between accounts, stricter handling of API keys, and removing sensitive data from logs.

Fixes

  • Saving the General tab of a service no longer resets that service’s booking settings. This one could quietly undo your notice periods and buffer times, so it’s worth re-checking any service you edited before this release. See Booking settings.
  • Customers must now choose a suburb before available times are shown, so they no longer see times a provider can’t travel to.
  • Reconnecting a staff member’s calendar now re-links their existing bookings instead of leaving them orphaned.

New features

Outlook Calendar. Staff can now connect an Outlook calendar as well as a Google one. Their personal appointments appear on your booking calendar as read-only entries, so nothing can be booked over them. See Block out time.Start a booking from a customer. Open a customer in the CRM and start a booking from there. The booking form opens with the customer already selected, and you pick the time afterwards. See Create a booking.A warning before you double-book. Booking a time that clashes with something else, or that falls outside a provider’s working hours, now asks you to confirm before it goes ahead rather than letting it through silently. See Warnings and overrides.See what’s been sent to a customer. Each booking now shows the reminders and messages sent about it, and what’s still scheduled to go out.

Improvements

  • The admin portal has been redesigned to work properly on a phone, with consistent spacing, colours, and buttons throughout.
  • The login page has been rebuilt and is faster to load.
  • Branding gained link and link hover colours, so links on your website match your brand. See Branding.
  • Booking reminder emails now include the provider’s name, the pickup address, and how long the session runs.
  • On your website, customers browsing on a phone get a week strip for picking a day instead of a full calendar.
  • Duration options on your website now show the variant’s name, and switch to a dropdown when the names are too long to fit. See Duration and price.
  • Global search returns results from every type of record, rather than only the first few groups.

Fixes

  • Address lookup now accepts unit and apartment numbers.
  • The day availability indicator now matches the times actually offered for that day.
  • Opening a booking from a link now moves the calendar to the right date, location, and provider.
  • Booking status colours are readable in dark mode.
