Create a package - OnTime Bookings

This is the starting point for a package — its name, how long it lasts, and how it’s organised. After you create it, you set its items, price, and content.

Add a package

Open Bundles

Go to Settings → Catalogue → Bundles, then add a package.

Fill in the general details

Complete the fields below.

Save

Save the package. You can then add its items and price on the tabs across the top.

A new package must be saved once before you can add its items and other details. A package needs at least one item before customers can buy it.

General fields

Field	What it’s for	Required
Bundle name	The name customers see, such as “10-lesson pack”.	Yes
Slug	The part of the web address for this package. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Filled in for you from the name.	Yes
Validity period (days)	How long the package lasts after purchase. For example, 365 days. After this, unused sessions or minutes expire.	Yes
Featured	Highlight this package on your booking page.	No
Internal notes	Notes only your team can see.	No
