Your general settings hold your business’s public identity — the name, contact details, and address customers see when they book with you. They also control whether customers can book online.

Open your general settings

Open Business Setup

In the admin portal, go to Settings → Business Setup → Basic Setup. This opens your Business Profile.

Go to General

Select General from the menu on the left.

Fill in the details

Complete the fields below, then select Save Changes.

Booking and visibility

These settings control what customers can see and do on your booking website. Change them with care.

Organisation modeLive — open for real bookings and payments. Demo — for testing and setting up before you go live. Contact support to switch between them.
Online bookingOn — customers can see your availability and book online. Off — customers can see your availability but cannot book.No
Switching off online booking, or moving to Demo mode, immediately changes what customers can see and do on your booking website. In Demo mode, no payments are processed and some features are turned off.
