Your branding is what makes your booking website look like your business, not ours. You set your logos and colours here, and they appear across your booking website and customer emails. You set branding twice: once for light mode and once for dark mode, so it looks right whichever your customers use. A live preview shows how your choices look as you make them.

Open your branding settings

1

Open Business Setup

In the admin portal, go to Settings → Business Setup → Basic Setup. This opens your Business Profile.
2

Go to Branding

Select Branding from the menu on the left.
3

Set your logos and colours

Make your changes, watch the preview, then select Save Changes.
Upload a logo for each mode. Use a logo that stands out against a light background for light mode, and a light or white version for dark mode.
SettingWhat it’s for
Logo (light)Shown when a customer’s device is in light mode.
Logo (dark)Shown when a customer’s device is in dark mode.
Logos can be PNG, JPG, or SVG, up to 5MB.

Colours

Set six colours for each mode. The preview updates as you change them. You can pick a colour from the colour picker or type a hex code such as #1581a3.
ColourWhere it’s used
BackgroundThe page background.
ForegroundHeadings and body text on the background.
PrimaryYour main buttons and accents, such as Book Now.
Primary textThe text on primary buttons.
SecondaryLess prominent buttons and panels.
Secondary textThe text on secondary buttons and panels.
Make sure text colours stand out against the colour behind them. Light text on a light background, or dark on dark, is hard to read. The preview helps you check this.

Favicon

Your favicon is the small icon shown in a browser tab. It’s the same for light and dark mode. Favicons can be ICO, PNG, or SVG, up to 2MB, and look best at 32×32 pixels.
